Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You contribute to the development and rollout of marketing strategies for a specific area
• You produce compelling content across various formats, including articles, videos, social media, and internal communications
• You partner with colleagues to plan and deliver effective marketing campaigns
• You monitor and evaluate campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• You ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with our brand identity and strategic objectives
• You keep abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing and content creation
• You assist in organizing events, webinars, and workshops relevant to your area of focus

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Business
• You are at least 6 months (ideally longer) available
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
• You have experience with content creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools)
• You are familiar with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good written and verbal communication skills in English (German proficiency is advantageous)
• You have strong initiative, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
• You are creative thinking and have a talent for storytelling
