A Snapshot of Your Day
In GT Finance, a solution only counts once it is used. We are building change enablement as a new capability, and you will be part of it from the start. You support our Change Agent in making sure that new processes and digital solutions are adopted in the units, from readiness before go-live to measured usage afterwards. You also help make the work of DPS visible across GT Finance. You work closely with Process Leads, the Delivery team and a network of change champions across GT. One day you work on the communication plan for an upcoming rollout. The next, you write a success story about a new solution or analyze why a tool is not yet used as planned.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Preparation and execution of readiness checks before go-live in collaboration with Change Agents and business units
- Tracking and analysis of adoption KPIs, generation of usage-based insights, identification of adoption barriers, and support of targeted measures such as communication, training and coaching
- Support and activation of the GT change champion network through regular briefings, material sharing and community engagement
- Creation of practical enablement materials, including quick guides, training content and short videos, as well as communication of DPS activities, solutions and success stories within GT Finance
- Development and maintenance of communication plans for DPS, alignment with rollout schedules, content creation for SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage, and support of events, showcases and community formats
What You Bring
- Current enrollment in a degree program Business, Business Psychology, Communications, Information Systems or a related field
- Strong interest in change management, digitalization and the adoption of new ways of working
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging messages for different target audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, derive meaningful insights and structure communication activities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, with experience in Power BI, design tools or AI solutions such as Copilot considered an advantage
- Structured, independent and collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively across units and countries as well as fluency in English and German
