Your responsibilities
- Take ownership in shaping and executing key workflows across our Fund Operations and Risk Management practice.
- Maintain and improve the accuracy of our internal data and systems. Your work supports decision-making and drives operational clarity.
- Actively contribute to reconciliations, regulatory filings, and process checks, working alongside experienced team members who value your input.
- Build and refine internal trackers, templates, and materials that increase consistency, reduce friction, and make us faster and better.
- Collaborate across teams and gain hands-on exposure to the full operational value chain - from data to decision.
- Play a key role in client-facing projects focused on automation, analytics, and process innovation - your ideas can shape how we work tomorrow.
Your profile
- You are analytically minded, with a strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- You bring first relevant internship experience in tech, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
- You have academic exposure to finance, accounting, information systems or a related field.
- You are comfortable working with data and operational systems.
- You communicate clearly and proactively, especially when issues arise or tasks are unclear.
- You are reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich Operations in Munich für dich bedeutet — Vergütungsregeln, Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
