Position Summary
With the growth of Smart TVs, Samsung Ads has developed a new platform to bring TV and digital together. For the first time, advertisers can use real-time Samsung TV viewing behaviour to reach consumers in new and innovative ways.
ESBO (European Service Business Organisation) is responsible for identifying, evaluating and determining new opportunities within the ever-growing CTV media industry, with the goal of creating scalable services and businesses on top of the global footprint of European Samsung Smart TVs.
The EU advertising team is working to create value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique insights into content consumption in the shifting media landscape.
Role And Responsibilities
- Support the team in providing outstanding client service throughout the sales and post sales process, responding quickly to requests and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the team
- Management of reporting, Media Planning, Ticketing System and other administrative tasks
- Support with each phase of every campaign efficiently and transparently keeping sales and the client updated
- Using the wealth of data available to provide best in class post campaign analysis to the team and clients with take-outs and recommendations
Skills And Qualifications
- Communication skill (communicating effectively, being self-critical and striving for continuous self-improvement)
- Hard work (combining reliability and a focus on results with flexibility and composure)
- Harmony (teamwork, great interpersonal skills and having fun)
- You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in business or media studies
- You are interested in future technologies, digital media, TV & Streaming, Marketing
- You are a fast learner and have attention to detail
- You also have analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers and data
- You are a team player who enjoys working with others in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- And ideally you already have some experience working in account management or the service industries
- You have experience working with both PowerPoint and Excel
- You have proficient German and English language skills as besides the team in Düsseldorf you will deal with colleagues in London on a regular basis.
