Working Student: Content Creation & Social Media – Deep Tech (m/f/d)

SafeAD develops AI technology for automotive, industry and robotics. We are looking for support to make these topics easy to understand, visible and relevant for customers, partners and talent.

As a Working Student in Content Creation & Social Media, you will work closely with the person responsible for marketing and growth at SafeAD to develop ideas and turn them into LinkedIn posts, carousels, graphics, short videos and other digital formats.

In this role, you will:

• Develop social media content from the initial idea to the finished post.

• Create LinkedIn posts, carousels, graphics, illustrations, short videos and other digital formats.

• Translate complex technical topics into clear stories and visually strong formats.

• Develop reusable templates and design elements for a consistent SafeAD presence.

• Bring in your own ideas for topics, formats and design and develop them further together with us.

• Plan content ahead and help turn ideas into content that is published regularly.

• Edit existing photo and video material and create smaller recordings yourself when needed.

• Support our new website with text, images, graphics and smaller content updates.

What you should bring:

• A strong sense for social media, design and visual storytelling.

• Your own work samples from content, design, photography or video - your portfolio matters more to us than perfect grades or a specific degree program.

• Confidence using design and content tools and the ability to create formats independently.

• Very good German and good to very good English.

• Curiosity about AI, autonomous systems, vehicles, machines and robotics.

• A structured and reliable way of working - from briefing to publication.

• The ability to work on site in Karlsruhe regularly and predictably.

It's a plus if:

• You are at least in your 3rd bachelor semester or studying for a master’s degree.

• You study communication, media management, media production, science communication, design, marketing or a related field.

• Alternatively, you study a technical or business-related subject and have a strong content portfolio.

• You work with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or comparable applications.
