As Working Student (d/f/m) you will be part of the Human Resources and Management Support Functions Controlling team in the rapidly growing Renewables Onshore Business. The team is responsible for HR Controlling especially HR planning and reporting for the whole Renewables Onshore Europe & Australia organization. Furthermore, the team contributes to ensure that the Onshore Europe & Australia Management Support Functions achieve their financial targets in an international and dynamic business environment.

About The Role

  • Prepare management reports and presentations for actuals (monthly, quarterly, etc.) as well as forecasts/planning of the onshore business
  • Develop and implement controlling related processes, reports, tools and methodologies
  • Support in the coordination of the mid-term planning and forecasting processes globally across teams, legal entities and countries
  • Support the analysis, commentary and challenge of the planning data provided by the respective departments for the mid-term plan, forecasting and budgeting process
  • Support controllers and other key stakeholders with any ad hoc tasks required

Job Requirements And Experience

  • Aspired university degree in business administration, economics, finance, controlling or in a similar numerical field of work
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to contribute to a motivating team environment
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data and information in a structured manner
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
