Working Student Legal - Contract Management (d/f/m)

Then help our Legal Team as Working Student Legal - Contract Management (d/f/m) to take our contract management to the next level!

Your Tasks

• You will identify contract content and organize contracts into our new folder structure, working closely with our second Working Student.
• A core part of your role will be the gradual migration of customer data and contracts into Salesforce to successfully replace our current Excel database.
• Drawing on your legal understanding, you will ensure that attachments and master agreements are correctly linked, and that all documents are accurately named and systematically stored in the system.
• Together with our other Working Student, you will work on the methodical development of our digital processes to ensure efficient contract management.
  
  

Your Experience

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Law or a comparable field of study, as a deep understanding of contract law is essential for this role.
• You are characterized by a highly structured and conscientious way of working, as well as a genuine passion for working with digital data.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system, though we are happy to show you the necessary tips and tricks during onboarding.
• Your German skills are at a native level, and you are equally confident and happy to communicate in English.
• You value a collaborative environment and teamwork, and you look forward to being onboarded by our other Working Student through personal mentoring.
