Intern Personal Shopping and Client Relations (f/m/d) @MYTHERESA

To support our Personal Shopping team we are searching for an Intern Personal Shopping and Client Relations (f/m/d) @MYTHERESA to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support Personal Shoppers with client management, including stock requests, product edits, sales follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
• Prepare personalized product selections, presentations, and mood boards tailored to different client profiles, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, purchase histories, and trackers across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Conduct product research to maintain expert knowledge of new arrivals, seasonal collections, key items, and availability.
• Coordinate and provide administrative/logistical support for international appointments and client events (e.g., product orders, schedules, invitations, guest lists).
• Assist with sales and client activity reporting to track follow-ups, engagement, and key performance metrics.
• Provide ad hoc project support and maintain overall organization within the Personal Shopping department.

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and digital presentation tools.
• Skilled at prioritizing, multitasking, and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially aware with a strong interest in luxury fashion, product trends, and clienteling.
• Service-oriented with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable when handling confidential client information.
