Customer Success Intern

The company works with diverse data sources from sensors, drones, robots, and SCADA systems into a single intelligent layer that delivers real-time insights and predictive analytics.

Role Description The Customer Success Intern will support the customer success team in ensuring engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with onboarding new customers, responding to customer inquiries, documenting feedback, and helping resolve issues in collaboration with technical and product teams. The intern will help monitor customer satisfaction metrics, prepare reports on usage and performance, and contribute to creating customer-facing materials such as FAQs, guides, and training content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heilbronn, where the intern will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to improve customer experience and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional style in English plus one of the following languages: German, Italian, and French
• Solid Analytical Skills for understanding customer data, identifying trends, and proposing improvements.
• Interest in technology, AI, or industrial software solutions; prior exposure to SaaS or data platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort working in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
