Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management within a fast-growing company?
At mute-labs, you will work closely with our Operations team and gain direct exposure to how a company scales its processes, tools, and data.

At mute-labs, you will work closely with our Operations team and gain direct exposure to how a company scales its processes, tools, and data.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of our ERP system (Odoo) and related process automation
- Work on structuring and maintaining data to improve reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
- Assist the Operations team in day-to-day tasks related to Supply Chain Management
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements
- How to scale operations in a fast-growing startup environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo) and process automation
- Exposure to real business challenges and cross-functional collaboration
- Work in an international team and strengthen your language skills
- (English and German are our working languages, with opportunities to use French, Spanish, and Italian)
- You are currently enrolled as a student (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar)
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- You are comfortable working in English (German is a plus)
