Working Student AI Workflows (f/m/d)

You will join a passionate, fast-moving team that is actively driving the adoption of AI workflows and agentic systems across the company. This is hands-on work with real business impact, not research experiments, but real implementation that is used in daily operations. You will work with the latest technologies and learn how to apply them in a real industrial environment, including the human side of transformation: helping teams adopt new tools so they deliver measurable, lasting impact:

Tasks

• Design and optimize intelligent workflows and AI agents together with the AI team
• Collaborate with colleagues across the company to identify automation opportunities
• Continuously explore and evaluate new agentic frameworks and approaches together with engineers to stay at the forefront of the field
• Present and promote your solutions within developer teams and help colleagues to adopt AI agents effectively in their daily work

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, based in Hamburg
• Strong Python skills; MCP knowledge is a strong plus; knowledge of agentic SDKs or complete agent frameworks is beneficial
• Passionate about agentic systems and motivated to share this enthusiasm by collaborating with and supporting other teams proactively
• Comfortable working with APIs, cloud services and version control (git) to deploy and iterate on agentic prototypes in real-world engineering environments
• English fluency required (German is a plus)
