Your Role
You will contribute to an innovation project team developing novel payload technologies for next-generation antibody-drug conjugates, with a focus on degrader-ADCs (DACs) and PROxAb Shuttle platforms. You will be part of a highly motivated team of scientists working at the interface of platform technology development, payload/linker design, and lead candidate nomination, and be exposed to challenges spanning antibody engineering, targeted protein degradation, and payload optimization. This role involves contributing to the development of novel drug classes that combine targeted protein degradation with antibody-mediated delivery. Tasks include designing, implementing, and analyzing experiments such as cellular assays (cell viability assays, flow cytometric assays, and degradation assays).
In your role you will support our team on the scientific side, e.g. development and evaluation of early-stage technical concepts, literature analysis, experiment planning, and IP analysis.
We offer a 6-month internship which will be split between wet lab and office work.
Who You Are
