Here’s What You Can Look Forward To

As a Working Student (m/w/d) Platform Management in our “Data, Integration & AI Platforms” Department, you will be part of a cross‑functional team, working closely with business, product and engineering colleagues to support our day‑to‑day delivery.

You will contribute to IT projects by working closely with the Integration Architect, stakeholders and the development team to deliver efficient and effective business solutions.

You will help make agile work visible by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, keeping boards and backlogs sharp, and turning stakeholder input into clear, value‑driven user stories that ship every Sprint. In this role, you will contribute directly to high‑performing agile delivery and lay the groundwork for scalable Integration solutions, while gaining hands‑on experience with modern product and agile practices in a real platform environment.

Your Tasks In a Nutshell

  • Facilitate Agile Rituals: You help plan and run Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives, keep timeboxes, capture follow‑up actions, and support Daily Scrums when needed.
  • Manage the Backlog: You draft and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, maintain a clear and well‑ordered backlog, and ensure work is always linked to the Product Goal.
  • Sync with Stakeholders: You collect input from users and data consumers, summarize feedback for prioritization, and prepare content and talking points for Sprint Reviews.
  • Track Impediments: You log issues and risks, nudge owners on their actions, follow up on dependencies, and help the team remove blockers.
  • Maintain Metrics & Reporting: You keep Azure DevOps boards up to date, maintain simple dashboards and burndown charts, and support the team’s continuous improvement.
  • Grow Your Agile Skills: You deepen your Scrum and product discovery skills and practice turning complex requirements into clear, testable user stories that deliver value.

What Helps You To Fulfil This Role

  • Education: You are enrolled in a university program, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • IT Skills: You have expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps, and a foundational understanding of development is advantageous.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and German (requirement).
  • Organized & Detail-oriented: You bring strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Structured & Analytical: You work in a reliable, structured, and analytical way.
  • Hybrid work: Meet at headquarters weekly to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Long-term: We would like to fill this position on a long-term basis. You should therefore be available to work with us for at least two semesters.

Even if you do not fulfil all of the above requirements, we encourage you to apply if you believe your experience will add value to our team.
