Do you want to understand not only how processes can be improved—but also how strategy leads to real change? Then read on: Our Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for Lufthansa Aviation Training’s strategic, cross-departmental, and cross-functional improvement and transformation program.
Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) at our Munich location (20 hours per week).
Your daily KATA:
- Help our Continuous Improvement Team link strategic goals to specific initiatives and measurable results
- As part of our largest digital transformation program, you’ll help shape the go-live process, including testing
- Take on your own work packages in cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives and actively contribute your perspective
- Help us bring together information from different departments, identify connections, and derive relevant insights for management and the organization
- Prepare workshops and training sessions—both before and after—and support us in coordination and planning
- Create communication materials such as executive presentations and training materials

Requirements
Your Starting Conditions
- You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, social sciences, aviation management, industrial engineering, or a comparable program, and you are in at least your third semester
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience through internships
- You are a strong communicator and have good presentation skills
- Ideally, you have experience in project management and knowledge of lean methods and/or process automation (not required)
- You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and English
- You work independently and keep your cool and sense of humor even during hectic times

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
