Social Media Intern (m/f/d) at Flexii – Remote (DACH)
Flexii is the mobility app for ambitious athletes aged 16–30 across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We help athletes in football, tennis, handball, running, cycling, and skiing train smarter, prevent injuries, and improve their performance - measurably.
We're looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team, remote, based anywhere in the DACH region.
What you'll do
- Create visual content for Instagram and TikTok (reels, carousels, statics) based on our content calendar
- Build out designs in Canva, Figma, and CapCut
- Help grow our Instagram and TikTok presence across the DACH region
- Write captions, in German or English, aligned with our positioning as a performance app for ambitious athletes, not a casual-fitness or lifestyle brand
- Work closely with our founding team and agency partners
What you bring
- A strong eye for visual content; you know what works on Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with short-form video/reels, through study, your own channel, or prior experience
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and/or CapCut is a plus
- Writing skills in German or English; sharp, punchy, no fluff
- A plus: experience with, or interest in building, influencer marketing
- Interest in sport, fitness, or mobility training
- Self-directed and organized; you'll be working independently, remotely.
- About 4-6 hours of availability.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
