For our People & Organization Department (P&O, formerly known as Human Resources HR team), we are looking for you to become part of our dynamic team at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany

Joining the P&O team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through P&O activities and strategies. In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe—P&O business partners, employees, and management. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational P&O facets.
The Requirements
For your internship at Kia Europe you need to be enrolled during the whole internship period in a university within the European Union, preferably in Germany. Furthermore, you need a valid visa and an unrestricted permit to work in Germany. We recommend completing a six-month internship with us, as this gives you sufficient time to learn about Kia Europe and familiarize yourself with your topic.

Main Responsibilities
- Development of ideas and concepts in the area of People & Organization including Compensation & Benefits.
- Review of our tools, such as through AI-driven analysis and data evaluation.
- Support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of core processes, surveys, in the areas of data accuracy, corporate social responsibility, and onboarding.
- Support in employer branding and recruitment marketing, for example through planning interviews and the management of our employer branding channels.
- Support in day-to-day operations, including organizing events and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Relevant studies in business administration or social sciences (at least in the 3rd semester of a bachelor’s degree), preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Ideally, initial practical experience in the HR environment or a strong interest in HR-related topics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and AI tools.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a hands-on mentality, a digital mindset, and solid analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds.
- Monthly gross salary:€2,550
