Responsibilities

As a Working Student in Technical Content Creation and Documentation, you will help create high-quality learning materials and technical resources that support users of our software products.

You will:

  • Create and maintain technical video tutorials, software walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.
  • Review, update, and improve technical documentation for existing software features.
  • Document new software functionalities and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Improve the structure, organization, and usability of technical documentation and learning materials.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational content that helps users understand and successfully use our software solutions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field.
  • Hands-on experience creating instructional, technical, or educational video content, such as tutorials, demonstrations, or explainer videos.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good German and English language skills (minimum B1 level).

Preferred

  • Experience creating, maintaining, revising, or improving technical documentation.
  • Experience working with technical content, software documentation, user guides, knowledge bases, or learning materials.

Portfolio

  • A portfolio, sample link, or short demo video may be requested during later stages of the selection process.
