Role Description As a Working Student – Management (m/f/d) at JobWelt, you support the operational and administrative activities that keep the platform running smoothly. On a day-to-day basis, you assist with data entry and job posting management, help coordinate communication with universities and research institutions, and contribute to process documentation and optimization. You may also support basic market research, reporting, and simple project management tasks under guidance from the management team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows and a positive experience for platform users.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, management, or related fields, ideally gained through ongoing university studies.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and comfort working with online platforms.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data handling and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Munich and interact professionally with academic and institutional partners.
  • High level of reliability, motivation to learn, and interest in the higher education and research landscape.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student
  • Interest in startups, management, business development, technology or education
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, independent and hands-on working style
  • Comfortable with research, Excel/Google Sheets and presentations
  • Good English; German is a strong plus
  • Interest in AI, technology or digital products is a plus
  • Previous startup, consulting, business or project experience is welcome but not required
