Key responsibilities in your new role

• AI & Agent Development: Design, build, test, and continuously improve AI Agents, Generative AI solutions, prompts, and agentic workflows
• Model Context Protocol & Integrations: Support the implementation of Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, data integrations, and connections to enterprise systems, databases, and business applications
• Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain automated workflows and digital solutions in the context of Project Management and R&D
• Tool Development: Create and enhance internal tools, applications, and digital solutions using technologies such as Python, Java, KNIME, and Microsoft Power Platform
• AI Use Case Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases that create measurable business value and improve operational efficiency
• Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze business and project data, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making
• Knowledge Management: Support the development of AI-powered knowledge bases and information retrieval solutions leveraging enterprise data sources
• Research & Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to identify opportunities for future applications within the organization
• Project Management Support: Contribute to digitalization initiatives, process improvements, reporting automation, and project governance activities

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics with a strong focus on Digitalization, Process Automation, and AI-driven solutions, demonstrating strong academic performance
• Programming Skills: Practical knowledge of SQL, Python and/or Java. Familiarity with software development, scripting, and database technologies. Experience working with data pipelines, and data integration concepts is advantageous
• Experience: Experience with automation platforms such as KNIME, Tableau, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, LangFlow, n8n, or similar platforms is a plus
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work, combined with a proactive mindset and the motivation to deliver high-quality results
• Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating in an agile team
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills, German is plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
