Key responsibilities in your new role

• Shape the digital future of Corporate Real Estate: Support SAP RE/FX and IWMS initiatives, including data migration, testing, data maintenance, master data activities, user guidance materials and documentation
• Improve data and reporting quality: Help maintain reliable CRE data, support reporting processes and contribute to real estate analytics, cost allocation activities, operational reporting and documentation
• Support data-driven decisions: Collect, structure, validate and analyze information from different sources to support business decisions and strategic initiatives across Corporate Real Estate
• Enable digital collaboration: Support the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Loop and other Microsoft 365 tools to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing and efficient ways of working
• Collaborate in an international environment: Work with colleagues and stakeholders across countries, functions and business areas
• Contribute to project work: Support dedicated work packages within digitalization and transformation projects in close collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study Field: Currently studying Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Business, Digital Transformation, or a comparable field. A real estate or facility management background with digital affinity is preferred
• Technical Skills: Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, IWMS/CAFM solutions, data analytics, reporting tools or Microsoft 365 applications is beneficial
• Digital Mindset: Interested in digitalization, technology and process improvement and enjoy developing practical solutions for business challenges
• Analytical Work Style: Combine analytical thinking with a hands-on attitude and enjoy working with business processes, data and technology
• Communication Skills: Communicate clearly with different stakeholders and can prepare complex topics in a structured and understandable way
• Personal Skills: Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently while taking responsibility for your own tasks
• Experience: Ideally have already gained initial experience through internships or student jobs in real estate, facility management, digital transformation, data analytics or a comparable environment.Ideally already have gained initial experience through e.g. internships in digital transformation, data analytics, project management, real estate, facility management, consulting or a comparable environment
• Language Skills: Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus
• Availability: Available to support us for at least 6 months

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
