What You'll Do

As a Working Student in the P&C (People & Culture) Business Partner team for the Board Areas oCEO and S&O (Office of the CEO + Strategy & Operations) your main tasks will be to:

  • actively support the HR Business Partners in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks and the execution of core HR processes
  • pull and analyze reports to identify needs and activities within the Board Areas oCEO and S&O
  • create materials, eg. Powerpoint presentations or Sharepoint, on a very high standard to use in meetings, updates or enablement sessions for business leaders or employees in the supported area
  • be actively involved in project work
  • assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g., workshops to improve employee engagement in a team)
  • research on various strategic P&C topics (e.g., organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of P&C, etc.)

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
  • Computer skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word; foundational AI and data skills
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication in English and German
  • Soft skills: Exceptional planning and self-organization; fast learner; able to work independently; proactive and solution-oriented; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to translate the supported area’s business needs into People & Culture topics and processes
  • Others: Reliability — demonstrates integrity and accountability; consistently meets deadlines and delivers on commitments; communicates proactively about progress and risks

The P&C Business Partner Organization is playing a key role in providing services and operational support as well as strategic consulting on all matters related to employees, managers and the organization. An important element to P&C’s success is to build skills and knowledge and leverage best practices across the organization. The P&C Business Partners for the Board Areas oCEO and S&O consults executive and senior leaders in their role, supporting them with strategic decision-making and the execution of internal processes.
