Your Mission

As a Business Operations Working Student, you help keep the organization running smoothly by supporting key operational processes. Through event management, process optimization, and operational excellence, you enable the team to focus on delivering impact for customers and colleagues alike.

Your Responsibilities

  • You support day-to-day business operations across multiple functions (e.g., HR, Office, and marketing)
  • You assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • You plan and support execution of internal team events and customer-facing events (e.g., company events, trade shows, customer roadtrips)
  • You help manage internal tools, documentation, and data to ensure accuracy and accessibility (e.g., CRM system, finance & HR workflows)
  • You take ownership of small operational initiatives and drive them independently

Your Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • You are among the best-performing students in your cohort
  • You have strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • You are comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong communication skills in German & English
  • Previous internship or experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar environments is a plus

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
