What you can expect

• You’ll support us as the point of contact for candidates throughout the application process, as well as with all matters related to recruiting
• You’ll create and manage our job postings and independently review applications
• You’ll maintain our applicant tracking system and assist with preparing and coordinating interviews
• You’ll work with us to develop new ideas for continuously improving our recruiting processes

• Advanced studies in economics, social sciences, or a comparable field
• You are interested in the recruiting lifecycle and talent acquisition, and you enjoy interacting with people
• You have a structured, reliable, and independent work style and are highly motivated to learn
