your mission

This role is a great fit for an ambitious, entrepreneurial generalist who wants to learn how to build and scale a global company from the inside. You combine sharp analytical thinking with a strong bias for action, enjoy solving complex problems, and take full ownership from idea to execution. You’ll work directly with the founders on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. 

what you’ll do

• Work with the chief of staff on the most critical projects across GTM, Product, and Operations
• Find workflows that waste time, fix them with AI tools, and measure the result
• Build the fix yourself, whether that's a script, a tool, or a new process
• Run launches start to finish, plan it, ship it, review what happened

what you bring 

• Top 15%, through academics, work experiences, things you've built
• Min. 3 months of full-time work experience (including internships) at a top-tier startup, consultancy or PE firm
• High affinity to AI tools, and you have built automations for time-consuming tasks
• You measure impact based on results, not activity level
• Strong self management. You can unblock yourself without needing to be pushed
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
• Open to relocate to Berlin for a full-time, 3 to 6 month internship.

• You want a pure strategy role. This job means includes doing the dirty, unglamorous work yourself
• You need a clear task list every morning and a lot of hand-holding
• You are defensive or shut down when faced with direct feedback
• You want a predictable 9 to 6.
