Working Student/Intern Data Analytics

Intro

We're looking for a hands-on data analytics working student or intern to join our Product team. You'll work closely with one Product Manager to build, improve, and maintain our Metabase dashboards and grow toward analytics engineering over time. This isn't a passive reporting role: we want someone who takes ownership, asks good questions, and cares about turning data into decisions.

Your tasks

• Develop and maintain Metabase dashboards used across the business
• Work with our data stack to understand and query structured datasets
• Translate data findings into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders
• Grow into analytics engineering tasks (data modeling, transformations) as you build confidence in the role
  
  

Your profile

• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool: Metabase strongly preferred; Tableau, Looker, or Power BI also considered
• Solid SQL reading and comprehension skills (CTEs, joins): you don't need to write from scratch, but you need to understand what's happening
• Comfort working in a structured data environment
• Clear communicator who can explain a data finding to someone who doesn't live in spreadsheets
• Proactive and self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to look into next
• Genuinely curious about how data systems work, not just the dashboards on top
