We’re building Brava Nails with a clear ambition: to become the go-to nail salon brand in Berlin, and eventually across Germany.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive person who loves social media and wants to help us make that happen.

We currently do everything ourselves, from ideas and scripts to filming and editing. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and we’re ready to bring someone on board to develop fresh ideas, create great videos and help turn Instagram and TikTok into a consistent source of new clients.

What you’ll do

• Come up with ideas, hooks and recurring formats for Reels and TikTok.
• Plan and film content at our Berlin studios with our founders and team.
• Edit engaging videos, from the first concept to the final cut.
• Bring our personality, services and studio experience to life.
• Test new approaches and review results with us to understand what builds awareness, engagement and bookings.

Who we’re looking for

• You speak English and German confidently and can create content in both languages.
• You have hands-on experience creating Reels or TikToks, with examples to show us.
• You love social media and understand what makes people stop, watch and share.
• You bring ideas, take initiative and enjoy making things happen.
• You’re comfortable filming people and helping them feel natural on camera.
• You’re based in Berlin or can regularly come to our studios.
• You’re excited about building a brand and creating content that brings real clients through the door.

An interest in beauty, nails or lifestyle is a plus. We care more about your work, creativity and enthusiasm than a specific degree or job title.

The collaboration

We’re open to either a freelance collaboration or a paid internship, depending on your experience and availability.

You’ll work directly with the founders to develop ideas, film content and help build Brava’s presence on Instagram and TikTok. There’s plenty of room to bring your own ideas and make a real impact as we grow.
