What You'll Do
As a Working Student, you’ll support our recruiting team for Consulting Team employees. One of your tasks will be to maintain our global recruiting databases and enter applicant information. Your responsibilities will also include personal and written communication with applicants for our consulting track and technical support for videoconferences with them, as well as actively supporting in preparing and carrying out interview days and collaborating on the preparation and follow-up work for recruiting events. In addition, you will be asked to perform Internet research and assist your coworkers with various ad hoc requests. You will also have the opportunity to support the recruiting team in exciting activities for campus marketing, active sourcing, or personnel controlling.
What You'll Bring
- You are enrolled as a college student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
- You’re studying something else? No problem—we’re looking for colleagues from all sorts of fields. The most important thing is for you to have a strong interest in the topics of staffing, HR, and recruiting.
- You are proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Excellent German and very good English skills round out your profile.
- Prior knowledge of strategy consulting is not required.
- You impress others with your structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- You’re service minded, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working on a team.
- You’re unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with applicants and coworkers.
- Finally, you’re flexible in terms of your work schedule.
You will be part of the recruiting team. Your supervisor will help you familiarize yourself with the company and develop further, and you will always be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues.
