Working Student Social - Health Management (all genders)

Your Tasks

Social is part of Beiersdorf AG's Health Management and supports various companies at the Hamburg site. In this role, you are part of a team and support employees in different phases of life and work with the aim of achieving a healthy work-life balance.

• Assisting with the preparation and implementation of events and workshops
• Supporting administrative and organisational activities (e.g. sending anniversary packages and recording and reporting pregnancies)
• Research and contact with local providers and social contact points
• Internal and external communication in DE/EN (mail and postal correspondence, telephone service)
• Responsible co-design of the intranet site
  
  

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in the field of social work, social pedagogy, sociology, psychology or a related field
• Initial experience in counseling or coaching desirable
• Independent and structured way of working
• Hands-on mentality, customer orientation, service mindset, high communication and counseling skills, high empathy skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
