🌱 Werkstudent:in Business Development | Ambassador & Referral Program (m/f/d)
Some of our best conversations don't start with a cold call — they start with someone who already trusts us making the introduction. You own that channel alongside our commercial team: your own ambassadors, your own targets, your own numbers. This is not a shadowing role.
👉 Working student position, 20 hours per week, office-first in Munich Maxvorstadt. Fluent German and good English are required.
🏢 About Aybee
Aybee shows consumer brands how people actually buy. Our AI software recreates realistic digital purchase environments — Amazon, D2C shops and retail shelves — where real consumers interact with products, packaging, prices and ads under true-to-life decision-making conditions.
Our clients are brands like The Quality Group (ESN, MORE NUTRITION), BLACKROLL, Bayer, EMMA, Barilla and asambeauty. On the client side you'll find Head-of roles from e-commerce, product, brand and insights — and in kick-offs, workshops and QBRs, CMOs and managing directors.
Today our focus is the DACH region. The first US clients are on board, and the US is our growth focus for the coming years.
🚀 Your mission
You work through our ambassadors' networks: you identify the consumer brands that fit Aybee, decide who's worth an introduction, and write the message the ambassador actually sends — so that it lands with the right person.
From there it's on you to turn intros into meetings. You follow up, you nudge, you book the call. An intro only counts once it's in the calendar.
And you don't stop at the handover. You join the first conversations, learn how discovery works, and grow into running them yourself.
Alongside that, you keep the engine running: you win new ambassadors — ex-Amazon operators, agency founders, consultants, brand leaders — and keep the existing ones engaged. You represent Aybee at trade fairs, industry events and university guest lectures together with our Co-Founder. And you keep the CRM honest: every intro, meeting and referral tracked in HubSpot. If it's not in there, it didn't happen.
Your path: Werkstudent:in → Junior Business Development Associate (full-time after graduation). We train you up, and we promote from within.
🤝 What you bring
- Enrolled at a top university, at least in your 2nd semester, with at least 12 months left in your studies. Business, economics, psychology, communications — or anything else if you can sell us on it.
- 20 hours a week, reliably, with flexibility around exam periods.
- You're good with people: You can build a real relationship with an ambassador and ask them for something without it feeling transactional.
- Structured and persistent: You follow up. Intros don't die on your watch because you forgot to circle back.
- Comfortable on the phone: Ambassador check-ins, first conversations with prospects — you pick up the phone.
- Curious about B2B SaaS, e-commerce or market research: No experience required, just genuine interest. A first internship or student initiative is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English: Both are required. We work across DACH and beyond.
❤️ Why Aybee
- Real ownership from day one: The ambassador program is yours. Your relationships, your intros, your numbers — not slide formatting and coffee runs.
- A fast track, not a slow ladder: Perform, and there's a full-time offer waiting when you graduate.
- Learn from founders: Direct access to commercial leadership, live coaching on real calls, honest feedback — not a corporate intern program.
- Clients that matter: Real projects for leading consumer brands from week one.
- Category-defining product: Brands love it because it solves a real, expensive problem — that makes your pitch easier.
- Munich office-first: High-energy team, real collaboration, fast decisions — unlimited coffee included. We work around your lecture schedule, not against it.
🚀 If you're fired up to take the next growth step with us and see first-hand how 1M ARR becomes 20M ARR, this is the right move for you. Send us your CV and a short video telling us in 2 minutes why you. No cover letter needed.
