What we are looking for:

Join AnyDesk’s Legal Department as a Working Student and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of legal operations, abuse prevention and cooperation with public authorities. You will support us in reviewing suspected fraud cases, responding to official requests and preparing relevant connection data.

  • Review and process incoming requests from police and other authorities.
  • Communicate with the responsible authorities and ensure that requests are handled accurately and in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Collect, prepare and document connection data and other relevant information for authorized requests.
  • Support in reviewing and documenting suspected fraud and misuse cases.
  • Maintain and improve templates, internal guidelines and standardized response processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, ideally in Law, Business Law, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • A structured, reliable and independent approach to work
  • Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Initial practical experience in a legal department, law firm, compliance function or another administrative environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Interest in legal operations, abuse prevention, fraud investigation or data protection
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality
