The Team

Our locations in Germany are growing quickly, which is why we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for our Office Management team in Munich. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, employees, and external service providers at our reception, and you enjoy helping others as well as developing yourself in an international environment. The position covers 8 working hours each on Wednesday and Friday.

How you will contribute

  • Receiving and looking after visitors (internal & external)
  • Handling incoming calls
  • Processing emails and inquiries of that nature
  • Issuing and collecting access cards
  • Supporting short-notice meeting and room requests
  • Incoming and outgoing mail as well as receiving and distributing deliveries and packages
  • Documenting and/or forwarding faults or issues to the responsible contacts
  • Supporting the preparation of events
  • Supporting the Office Manager on various organizational matters

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree program
  • Friendly and confident manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, as well as good English skills
  • Service orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Previous internships in similar administrative areas is an advantage
