As a Working Student in the Supply Chain department, you’ll help us manage our products and materials efficiently, sustainably, and seamlessly throughout the entire value chain. We’d be thrilled if you could commit 12 hours per week to us and our mission of a sustainable future. Given the nature of your tasks, you’ll be spending your work hours with us in our beautiful office at Harburg Harbor. This is a great opportunity to work in a multifaceted team and gain insights into a successful startup.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll prepare shipments for service calls and installations
• You’ll handle incoming goods and transportation, including returns from customers and installation partners
• You’ll evaluate our returns and decide which thermostats can remain in circulation and which will enter our recycling process.
• You’ll conduct incoming goods inspections and functional tests on our thermostats
• You’ll work with our inventory management system and be responsible for accurately recording materials
• You’ll handle the day-to-day purchasing of supplies to ensure our operations team has sufficient materials available

What You Bring along

• You have a structured and independent work style
• You have excellent communication skills
• Technical knowledge and experience in quality management are a plus
• You already have some experience with inventory management systems
• You want to work with us to protect the climate
• A driver’s license valid in Germany is a plus
