About the role

To provide reliable, day‑to‑day operational support across order management, customer communication, and SAP‑based processes, ensuring smooth workflows and high service quality. Helps maintain accurate order data, supports issue resolution, and collaborates with internal teams and customers to keep operations running efficiently and strengthen overall customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting Logistics, Supply, and the Demand Planning team in daily operations (ordering and delivering consumer goods)
• Taking ownership of individual projects across different areas
• Designing and executing reports and forecasting analyses
• Assisting in the creation of planning data
• Working within an international supply team
• Close collaboration with other supply functions
• Working with ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis, Transporeon, OTM, Siebel)
• Consolidating data from ERP and planning systems
• Coordinating with external service providers

The experience we're looking for

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration or Logistics with a focus on Supply Chain Management (or similar), at least in the 4th semester.
• Relevant experience in supply chain management
• Strong analytical ability; analyze complex data, identify issues, explain variances and recommend solutions
• Influencing and communication skills
• Experience with SAP
• MS Office skills
