We are looking for YOU as Working Student (m/f/d) Quality management support / Complaint Management for our location in Garching
These challenges await you~
- Support in the area of site quality management (Audit preparation, Calibration, 5S/Gemba)
- Site quality system management support (Internal audits, IATF, TISAX)
- Support claim and reject analysis procedure and customer communication
- Analysis / Claim documentation and 8D report preparation for customer(s)
- Support in projects (e.g., evaluations, presentations, and documentation)
- Enrolled student with Quality oriented thinking and experience in the area Customer orientation
- Communication skills Customer required for communication with OEM(s)
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools (5WHY, ISIKAWA, FTA, PDCA, 8D etc.)
- Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.)
- Very good English communication kills, German knowledge is a benefit
- High level of proactivity and structured work approach
- Class B Driver's license is additional benefit
