What you will do

Are you a proactive, motivated student eager to gain hands-on marketing experience in a global company? Join our Digital B2B Marketing team as a Working Student to assist in executing dynamic digital and non-digital marketing initiatives across Europe. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with digital marketing specialists, developing and implementing campaigns across various channels, including social media, websites, CRM, and account-based marketing.

  • Marketing Program Support:

Assist with digital and non-digital marketing activities as part of the yearly programs for European market segments. Contribute to account-based marketing strategies targeting specific customer groups.

  • Campaign Development & Implementation:

Support the creation, localization, and launch of multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, social media, and email. Help integrate SEO, inbound marketing, and event-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement.

  • Content Creation & Localization:

Collaborate in adapting and customizing marketing assets to fit local markets, optimizing content for regional impact and lead generation.

  • Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and executing customer-facing events like trade shows, tech days, and HQ visits, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for smooth delivery.

  • CRM & Data Management:

Maintain and leverage CRM data for targeted outreach, helping support personalized communication strategies.

  • Performance Measurement:

Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics, providing insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.

What you will need

  • You are open for a 6-month working student contract, starting in September 2026 (earliest start date: September 15, 2026).
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • You have gained initial experience in content creation, communications, marketing, project work, student initiatives, internships, or other relevant activities, and enjoy creating engaging content.
  • You are confident and curious when working with AI tools.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with graphic design, video editing, or other digital content tools is a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of digital formats, channels, and target audiences.
  • You are a strong communicator, enjoy collaborating with others, and can think across different disciplines.
  • You are well organized and have strong coordination skills.
  • You have an excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
