What you will do

Digital Business Models & Customer Solutions

• Support the development of digital PPS applications along the customer journey
• Contribute to concepts for digital configurators, value calculators, and AI-based customer tools
• Analyze customer requirements and derive digital solution approaches
• Conduct market and competitive research on digitalization and AI trends

AI & Business Innovation

• Support the identification and evaluation of new AI use cases
• Test, document, and optimize AI applications in sales and marketing environments
• Contribute to prompt engineering, knowledge management, and AI-supported work processes
• Build and maintain a PPS-internal AI use case database

MarCom & Digital Customer Experience

• Collaborate with the Global MarCom Team on the development of digital marketing and communication concepts
• Support digital campaigns, content projects, and online training initiatives
• Contribute to digital customer platforms and knowledge databases

Business & IT Integration

• Support collaboration between PPS and DIT
• Contribute to the definition of requirements for digital solutions
• Assist with testing, pilot projects, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document processes and business requirements

Project Management

• Prepare and follow up on workshops and project meetings
• Create management presentations, analyses, and status reports
• Support international rollout projects

What you will need

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Strong enthusiasm for digitalization, AI, and emerging technologies
• Initial experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions)
• Interest in process optimization and digital business models
• Structured and self-driven way of working
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Initial experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix)
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Python
• Experience with prompt engineering or AI applications
• Interest in marketing, sales, and customer experience (CX)
