You will become part of our international Legal Team, where legal expertise meets innovation, data, and technology. Our team advises different business units across TecAlliance on legal matters while helping to ensure contractual compliance and to protect the company's intellectual property and data assets.

As a working student, you will work closely with experienced legal professionals and gain valuable practical experience in an international business environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how an in-house legal department supports business decisions and protects company interests in a fast-growing digital ecosystem.

This working student position requires approx. 8 hours per week, typically spread across two days. Working hours may be increased during semester breaks. Applicants must be enrolled at a university and have active student status.

How You'll Contribute

  • Conduct research on data users and potential cases of unauthorized or illegal data usage
  • Perform an initial review of potential contractual and usage violations based on established guidelines and policies
  • Document and maintain cases in internal systems (e.g., Legal Cases, CRM)
  • Prepare, organize, and archive supporting evidence, such as screenshots and case documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and track the progress of ongoing cases to ensure timely follow-up

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Law, Business Law, Legal Management, or a related field with a focus on Compliance, Data Protection, or IT Law
  • Initial experience in a legal, compliance, or business environment is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with CRM or legal management systems is a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • German (C1) and English (B2) skills required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian are an advantage

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
