Your Job
Assist in the setup, testing, QA, and launching the multichannel campaigns (email & on-platform communication)
Assist in building and managing segments, catalogues, and audience lists for CRM campaigns
Support in preparing performance data and supporting the creation of campaign reports
Assist in quality assurance and testing of campaigns before launch
Help maintain and update the campaign calendar, coordinating across the team on plans and readiness
Your Profile
Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable field, ideally from the 3rd semester onwards
First practical experience in marketing or CRM desirable
Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
Structured and meticulous working style with attention to detail
Team player mentality and proactive hands-on attitude
Initial experience with email marketing tools such as Braze or similar platforms is an advantage but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Previous experience from internships or working student positions is a bonus
Availability of approximately 20 hours per week

The CRM Marketing team is responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value through personalized, data-driven communication strategies. We design the entire customer journey – from onboarding through engagement and retention to upsell and winback. We rely on intelligent automation, continuous optimization through A/B testing, and close collaboration with various teams across the company. Our goal: relevant communication at every touchpoint that helps our customers realize the full value of Statista.
