You'll make an impact by

• You support the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) team in daily operations by assisting with financial planning and analysis activities across Sales, Service, and Marketing
• Next, you help prepare and analyze key software business KPIs such as ARR, ACV, Net New, Revenue, and Gross Margin to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Building on this, you contribute to forecasting, target setting, and topline analyses, ensuring data-driven decisions and accurate financial projections
• Additionally, you maintain and enhance management, business an account-level Power BI reports and analytics dashboards, enabling efficient weekly reporting and management overview
• To round off your tasks, you support data quality checks, harmonization efforts, and finance process standardization, while assisting with finance tooling and system integrations as needed
• Assisting with finance tooling and system integrations (e.g. Anaplan)
• Performing ad-hoc analyses and supporting strategic finance initiatives as required

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a similar field
• Experience and Skills:
• You have a strong interest in financial planning & analysis and software business KPIs
• You possess solid analytical skills and are comfortable handling large data sets
• You are experienced with Excel and Power BI or other analytics/reporting tools
• Ways of Working: You demonstrate a structured and proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus
