You'll make an impact by

• You support the Finance & Analytics team in their day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Building on this, you help analyze and prepare key software business KPIs such as ARR, ACV, and Gross Margin, ensuring data is accurate and actionable
• As you become more familiar with our processes, you contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and management reports
• Additionally, you assist with data quality checks, harmonization efforts, and finance process standardization to optimize efficiency
• Finally, you support strategic finance initiatives and perform ad hoc analyses, allowing you to deepen your understanding of finance in a dynamic software business environment

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
• Strong interest in finance, analytics, and software business models
• Solid skills in Excel; initial experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage
• Very good analytical and structured thinking ability
• Ways of Working: You are able to work independently and communicate clearly within a team environment
• Languages: You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
