Working Student (f/m/d) IT Project Support

Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) for providing valuable support across a range of key project activities.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will assist with project management tasks, including the creation and maintenance of project documentation and presentations
• You will help to set up Agile boards and regularly update project management tools such as Azure DevOps
• You will help to organise project meetings and workshops, as well as assist with facilitating and following up on these
• You will also support the team with other ad hoc project-related tasks

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management, or a related subject
• You are at least for 6 months available
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideally you have some experience with project management and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps
  
  

Your attributes and skills:

• You have very good German and English skills
• You have an eye for design and can present information in a visually appealing way
• You enjoy working in an international environment and have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• You are detail-oriented, well-organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
