- Mithilfe bei Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und Webinaren
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft rund um Events (Terminkoordination, Materialversand, Teilnehmerlisten)
- Pflege und Bereitstellung von Marketing-Assets (Präsentationen, Broschüren, digitale Materialien, Give-aways)
- Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Teams
- Erfolgsmessung (Teilnehmerzahlen, Leads, Reporting)
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Marketing, Eventmanagement, Medien, Journalismus, Kommunikationswissenschaft oder einem vergleichbaren, relevanten Studiengang
- Du hast Interesse an der Organisation von Events (Messen, Roadshows, Kundenevents) oder sogar schon an solchen Events mitgewirkt
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus und gehst proaktiv auf interne sowie externe Partner zu.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Hubspot sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
