What You´ll Build

As a student (f/m/d) consultant, I will understand our energy customers' business needs, their challenges, and their market environment.

Together with experienced consultants, we will translate business optimization potential into AI agent solutions. I will have responsibility for and contribution to concepts, proof-of-concepts, and customer pilots.

What You Bring

As a student (f/m/d), I will bring at least one year of my full focus in a part-time engagement, and I am eager to work directly with our customers.

I will take ownership of my results, find ways together with our team to remove obstacles, and seize the opportunity to find new ways that astonish and inspire others.

It is a plus to bring experience in the energy industry, programming, and AI projects and/or theories. A must is the motivation to try and learn about all three of these.

And most importantly, write a motivational letter yourself (not GenAI). We need you to have clarity about what you want to achieve.

Working from Berlin office is required.

Where you belong

In our consulting team, we grow together by tackling the challenges of major transformation projects and continuously adapting to new trends in the energy utility industry. In this context, our clients primarily expect us to show them how to extract the greatest value from our industry solution while leveraging our broad sector expertise.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
