What You'll Build

  • Create, maintain, match, and update portfolio trackers
  • Support Learning Portfolio Manager in maintaining high data quality in the portfolio database (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
  • Support the administration and operation activities around the lifecycle of learning recommendations such as updates, clean-ups, and retirement
  • Support the packaging of learning items and recommendations for publication in learning platforms
  • Provide admin support for learning tools and platforms (access, documentation, coordination)
  • Coordinate and support administration around training delivery in collaboration with the learning operations team
  • Translate data into clear, structured PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Any subject. Educational studies or related fields would be an advantage
  • Computer skills / Programming languages: AI prompting and AI agent experienced
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, written and verbal (as this is SAP’s business language), German is a plus
  • Soft skills:
    • A curious and agile mindset, passion for learning, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams and cultures
    • Good problem-solving and creative thinking
    • Confidence working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy over time
  • Other important skills / experience:
    • Confident PowerPoint skills with an eye for clear, visual storytelling
    • Very good Excel skills (pivots, lookups, data cleaning; VBA is a plus or willingness to learn)
    • Flexibility, collaborative mindset, and proactive communication style
  • Working from the office is not required
