Job Description
Sanden International (Europe) GmbH is looking for a Working Student Sales Support (f/m/d) in Bad Nauheim for part time (20 hours a week). Within the European Headquarter, you will be part of our Sales Department, which is the driving force behind our company's growth, acquiring new projects and maintaining good relationship with major OEMs. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales Managers and enable total customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Support to sales group through effective customer portal management
- Support in generating price offers in B2B portals and update & monitor pricing system in Lotus Notes
- Coordination / monitoring the closing of customer agreements in our authorisation process
- Support to sales group in coordinating new customer requirements
- Support in urgent follow-up tasks and monitoring of emails during business trips or absence of members of sales team
Qualifications
Required experience and education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a similar field
- Initial professional experience in administration, sales support or similar gained through internships
Your Must Haves
- Knowledgable of Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on mentality with a capacity to overcome issues in a quick manner
- Highly resourceful to finding the corresponding solutions to the blocking points
- Strong command of verbal and written English, allowing for clear articulation of ideas, concepts, thoughts, and complex information
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with teams of different disciplines and various intercultural background (European/Chinese/Japanese)
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment
- Empathy and active listening abilities
Your Nice-to-Haves
- Affinity to understand technical products
- Any internship experience in sales or administrative function
- Proficiency in written and verbal German and/or French (a plus for Chinese)
