Our offer
Your tasks
- Support in the creation of large-signal models and PDK elements for MMICs
- Programming and implementation of model parameter identification routines
- Assistance in the development and execution of AI-driven test setups for the characterization of microwave modules
- Support in the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of measurement results
- General support of ongoing research and development activities in the RF and microwave domain
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of nonlinear system modeling and its application in RF and microwave engineering
- Knowledge of large-signal behavior of typical microwave semiconductor devices, including amplifiers, switches, and mixers
- Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions
- Experience with analog circuit design and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office (MWO), or Keysight ADS is an advantage
- Familiarity with small- and large-signal characterization techniques for microwave devices
- Experience in the automation of test setups, including measurement control and data acquisition
- Git experience is an advantage
