Then we are looking for you, starting immediately, as a Working Student (gn) in Purchasing at our production site near the university in Fulda.

Your Role

• You support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations


• You correspond with suppliers


• You prepare requests for quotation for electronic components from our suppliers


• You maintain quotations and order confirmations in SAP


• You handle supplier complaints


• Monitoring deadlines is also part of your role

Requirements

• You are preferably studying business administration or have chosen a technical focus


• You're fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a business level


• Ideally, you already have some initial practical experience in purchasing


• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), ideally also SAP skills


• You are a team player and work independently, in a structured way and reliably


• You are open-minded and show initiative


• You have a strong interest in purchasing and enjoy thinking outside the box
