As a Working Student in Project Management Support, you will support the team in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities. You will contribute to administrative and organizational tasks across the project management lifecycle while collaborating with various internal stakeholders. This role combines project coordination, documentation management, and process support in an international environment.
YOUR TASKS
- You create purchase orders and support administrative activities within the project management environment
- You maintain and further develop project overviews and one-pagers to support transparent project execution
- You work with ServiceNow (SNOW) and support the handling and follow-up of project-related tickets and requests
- You review and evaluate HSE Site Manager reports and prepare relevant information for internal stakeholders
- You track HSE cases within ServiceNow (SNOW) and support their timely resolution
- You manage the PPE database for HSE Site Managers and help ensure data accuracy and completeness
- You support project coordination by tracking tasks, milestones, and project deliverables across different activities
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- You have very good knowledge of MS 365 applications and use them confidently in a professional environment
- You are interested in project management, process improvement, and digital ways of working
- You ideally have initial experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing and workflow management systems
- You have German language skills at a minimum B2 level and English language skills at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
- You work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across different functions
