Job Responsibilities

Your mission:

As a working student Client Ambassador & Host you maintain and promote the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise to deliver a A-class Client experience, with a Client centric mindset, striving to meet the Moët & Chandon Bar ambition.

Your responsibilities:

• You are the face and brand ambassador of the new Moët & Chandon Bar and Veuve Clicquot Bar in KaDeWe - the first and last impression. You enjoy conveying the stories of Maison Moët & Chandon and Veuve Clicquot, captivating customers with the brand.
• You greet customers warmly and personally, in a way that inspires them to return.
• Recruit, develop, and retain customers to support our sales targets.
• You advise, prepare, and serve drinks and accompanying food according to the customers' wishes, always offering a polished service of the highest standard.
• You demonstrate product knowledge in all categories and are aware of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and special promotions.
• Maintain the highest standards in hospitality and retail.
• You work responsibly and solution-oriented for the benefit of the customer and the company.
• You follow all company management systems, safety and security guidelines, and inventory management policies to minimize risks.
• You enjoy maintaining a positive and respectful working relationship to support the team and achieve common goals.
  
  

Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program.
• Ideally, you have proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality (bar/lounge/restaurant), or service environments.
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience.
• You understand the importance and impact of your work on the overall guest experience.
• Preferably, you have knowledge of wines and spirits; additionally, you will learn everything about champagne.
• You love meeting new people constantly, excel in customer retention, and ensure that contact with customers is maintained by building a long-term professional and loyal relationship.
• Able to meet the demands of a busy bar/department with high energy levels to achieve common sales goals.
• Experience handling various payment methods.
• You are committed to providing a demanding, personalized service with a positive attitude, are an excellent communicator, and a proud team player who enjoys their work.
• You are fluent, both in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
