Taste the Future Marketing Intern (Milka/Philadelphia/TUC) (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for three interns to join our marketing department in Bremen as a Marketing Intern for either Milka, Philadelphia, or TUC. You'll be at the forefront of understanding consumer needs and bringing our brands to life. As an intern, you'll play a key role in helping our brands stay relevant and inspiring by supporting the development and execution of strategic brand plans. You'll gain hands-on experience in brand management, lead your own projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of some of the world’s most loved brands.

Each internship is a full-time role, based in our Bremen business office, for a duration of 4 months. The planned start date is as soon as possible.

As part of your internship, you will:

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies and marketing plans to meet ambitious business goals
• Support the Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager in creating the marketing mix and launching new campaigns, product innovations, or packaging designs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, drawing actionable insights for business challenges
• Take ownership of your own projects, working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g. creative agencies)
• Support day-to-day business operations

What we’re looking for:

Education / Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration

Preferred Experience And Skills

• Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
• A creative and open-minded team player
• Curious and eager to learn
• Strong data proficiency, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong level of English
