Role Description

This is a hybrid Business Development Intern role, based in Berlin, Germany, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. As a Business Development Intern, you will support the team in market research, identifying and generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting research to uncover new business opportunities, assisting in the development of client communication strategies, and supporting the team with administrative tasks related to customer outreach and relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience or interest in lead generation and handling customer inquiries
• Customer service skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work in a flexible, hybrid environment
• Passion for branding, marketing, and helping organizations achieve their growth potential
• Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
